• Name of your doodle
• City, state, providence, country
• What type of Doodle (F1, F1B... Goldendoodle or Labradoodle)
• Birth Date of the doodle
• If you dont mind having people contact you about your doodle to ask questions, please include an e-mail address when you provide the info.
