Great Doodle
Citizen Member!

To be a GDC you and your doodle need to show that you have gone above and beyond the standard in becoming an asset to the doodle community.

Participation in Therapy, Service, Search and Rescue, Rally, Obedience, Rally Obedience, Flyball, Carting or Agility. (If we missed anything just let us know!)

Great Doodle Citizen = 100-199 points
Outstanding Recognition = 200 - 299 pts
Excellence! Recognition = 300 + pts

To become a Great Doodle Citizen Member you and your doodle must accumulate a total of 100 points. And then submit them to us! (Submission is below)

To earn points you have several options:

  • 25 pts for each training class taken in Kindergarten, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Obedience and Dog Sports
  • 30 pts for CGC
  • 30 pts for TDI or Delta (or comparable) Therapy Dog Certification
  • 35 pts for a Championship Titles in Obedience or Dog Sports
  • 50 pts for Search and Recovery Certification
  • 100 pts for Service Dog Certification
  • 50 pts for over 50 hours service in a year in either Therapy, S&R or Service

Great Doodle Citizen = 100-199 points

Providing service for someone disabled.

Recognition of on-going service of the dog and handler in Therapy, S&R or Service work.
